As you know, we are planning from afar. As such, we could use some assistance in making this a magical experience for all!
First, we could use help setting up the campgrounds. This means arriving at the campgrounds by 2pm on Saturday to set up some tents, games, shelters and decorations, all while drinking a cold beverage of your choice. If you would like to help set up, please let us know by submitting the form at the bottom of this page!
Next, we’ll need some supplies. A general idea of things we’ll need is below, so if you happen to have any of this that we could borrow for the evening, that would be awesome. This list is not comprehensive and will be changing as needs arise. If you have or think of anything helpful that is not listed below, please update this spreadsheet or shoot us a message using the form at the bottom of this page. Thanks!
Camp Gear
This is especially important since several folks are coming from out of town (Amy & DNoe included) and will need some shelter and place to catch some Z’s
- tents (unsure how many yet, but several)
- lanterns & headlamps
- folding tables
- camp chairs / seating
- tarps (small for under tents and large in case of adverse weather)
- hammocks for lounging (and sleeping if you have a rain fly or tarp)
Hardware
We’re gonna need some electricity, lighting and some equipment to drop the bass
- generator for running power to turntables / speakers
- event speakers and maybe a mixer
- string lights that we can hang up for mood lighting and dancing area
- assorted tools, twine, wire and tape
Fire
Assuming there is no fire ban, we’ll get the bonfire going
- wood
- kindling / newspaper
- axe / hatchet / chainsaw
Dinner / Consumables
We won’t need a whole lot as it’s just one night, but if you’ve got some of this and it’s easy to bring…
- food to share
- pots / pans / cooking utensils
- camp stoves
- alcohol, mixers and plenty of water
- anything else that is fun to consume
